| Had something done I'm not sure was the answer to what I was describing. Ranger I feel still shudderes. However will not return to fix. Can't afford it. |

| Mis diagnosed my car. Offered to do breaks and replace battery. Offered to re-track windows. paid $1100 4 days later the feul pump (the item I told them was bad on my first visit) went out. The windows were never touched (except the passenger side which now rattles around in the door panel after they "checked" it). The two rear windows, that I requested to have put on track, were not even looked at. My original work request that I was expecting to be around $600 ended up costing me almost $1700.00. I had to finance through Snap (100 days same as cash), which was not a problem when I only had to pay back $1000. Now, however if I do not complete the agreement on time I incure 165% interest. Basically this will end up costing me roughly $2800 instead of roughly $600. One would think that the mis-diagnosis and my ignored instructions would have left me recourse? NOPE! I FEEL LIKE A SUCKER!!! I FEEL LIKE I WAS TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF AND LIED TO! The customer is always right? NOT EVEN 1% of time!!! I WILL NEVER GO BACK AND I WILL TELL ALL I CAN NOT TO BRING EVEN A TONKA TOY HERE!!!! Uber fail!!! I am looking to sue! A Refund? No? Not even a "sorry we bent you over and rode you hard and dirty?" Ok. This veteran stood a watch for you. You are NOT welcome and I hope your families die slow horrible deaths at the hands of some cooperate serial killer like the ones who own that store.....I mean CEO(1 chromosome away from each other, CEO's and serial killers). | Bought new tire. Went later to a store closer to my home and they were unable to get tire off to rotate. Your company had stripped the lug nuts.I then had to come back and have you remove the tire. Once all the work was done, I was never informed that my truck was ready. Very unsatisfied all the way around. |
