| We have gone to Vancouver Tire and Auto for all our car needs for over 20 years. The mechanics are very experienced and take great car of our cars. When we have had some last minute car needs they have always scheduled us right in. They are great and we highly recommend them for all your car's needs. |

| The usual good service. My only concern is if you make an appointment for a certain time, it seems it should.be at that time. Otherwise, I'm not sure what the point is of making an appointment time. That being stated. service was completed in a very reasonable time. |

| I seem to need to come in with emergencies -- nails in tires or my driver's side automatic window won't close and it's raining outside -- and you always work my vehicle into your schedule. In addition, everyone I've interacted with is so pleasant. Also, I don't have to pay dealership prices!! |

Vancouver Tire & Auto Service Center provides top-notch service and, by far, one of the best customer service and affordable service repairs I have experienced. My positive experience mentioned above exceeds 1.5 years of excellent service. |

| Im not here to tell anyone how to do their job or be that person who nags "why is it taking so long?". If its gonna be a minute then I'll bring something to distract me or I'll watch the TV. I never rush them, so they can get their job done efficiently and with no worry. But I also ask ahead of time, so I know what to expect. |
